3RD PARTY MANUFACTURING
New Capability Development
The Client is procuring certain products for their own consumption as well as to complement a basket of products they offer their customers. They wished to outsource manufacturing of these products to a 3rd party manufacturer.
We worked closely with the clients team to set up the technical, commercial and legal framework for the manufacturing, testing and supply of these products with the 3rd party manufacturer. Training was also given to the entire team of the client.
